Privacy Policy

Account information you provide (such as your name and email), your study activity and progress, oral-session transcripts and debriefs, and any aircraft documents (POH) you choose to upload. If voice practice is enabled later, audio you record for transcription.

To provide the product: run practice and AI Examiner sessions, track your readiness, generate debriefs, and support aircraft-specific questions from documents you upload. We use it to operate, secure, and improve Cleared.

We use trusted third parties to run Cleared, including Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage) and Anthropic (the AI model that powers the AI Examiner). Content needed to process a request is shared with these providers solely to deliver the feature.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your study data with employers, flight schools, or examiners unless you explicitly choose to.

Access to your data is restricted to your account. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Account deletion will be available before public launch.

You can review and edit your profile and uploaded data in the app. To request changes or deletion during beta, contact us (see Support).
